WhatBox ERP is purchasing, inventory, and true landed cost for Shopify and Amazon sellers — the operations tool and the costing tool in one product, so you finally know what every unit really costs.

Shopify killed its native Stocky app — delisted February 2026, full shutdown August 31, 2026 — and Stocky only ever had a static, hand-typed cost per variant anyway. Every landed-cost tool on the market is a calculator bolted onto a spreadsheet: it computes a cost but has no purchase orders, no vendors, no receiving. You still run purchasing somewhere else.
WhatBox ERP is both — the operational purchasing workflow Stocky had, plus honest landed-cost accounting Stocky never had.
A freight quote lands on the shipment. It's marked ■ Estimated — never mistaken for a fact.
The real forwarder invoice arrives — sometimes weeks later. Add it, and it's marked ■ Confirmed.
One click restates inventory still on the shelf and books the difference on what already sold — with a visible ledger of every adjustment.
Vendors, purchase orders, and receiving — the workflow Stocky had, done properly.
If a freight forwarder has ever billed it, WhatBox ERP knows where it goes.
A freight quote is an estimate; the invoice is a fact. WhatBox ERP never lets one masquerade as the other.
Know which SKUs are actually making you money — today, not at tax time.
Velocity from your real sales — never diluted, never invented.
Syncs are on-demand, always — nothing changes your numbers behind your back.
Every action is logged, attributable, and append-only.
These aren't live yet — they're on the roadmap.
Sales + fee ingestion via SP-API — referral, FBA, storage fees — into one unified multi-channel margin view. Standard data tier only; no customer data, by design.
A COGS journal export straight to your accounting system.
Scheduled stocktakes plus custom trigger alerts when stock breaches a reorder point.
What shipped, what trued up, what needs you — every morning.
Sales minus everything — the real number, not the gross-margin number.
The same purchasing and landed-cost math, more sales channels.
Faster, more secure sign-in for your whole team.
No named competitors — just what the category actually looks like today.
Launch pricing — directional and subject to change. 14-day trial, no charges during beta.
Team seats included with each module; per-seat pricing beyond that TBD. Exact figures are launch-pricing and subject to change.
We're opening up free early access to a small group of merchants. You'll run WhatBox ERP on your real purchasing and inventory at no cost — in exchange, we'll lean on you for feedback: bugs, rough edges, and the stuff that's confusing before it's obvious to us.
This is early software. Expect some sharp edges, and use it with the caution that implies. If that's a fair trade for free access and a direct line to shape the product, we'd like to hear from you.
WhatBox MCF tells you, on every order, whether it's cheaper to ship it yourself or let Amazon ship it — with real dollar figures. Built by the same team.
Built by a merchant,WhatBox ERP was built by an operator who runs popcorn and grain brands on Shopify and Amazon, imports by the container, and got tired of freight invoices quietly eating margins his spreadsheet swore he had.
The fourteen cost types weren't brainstormed — they were lifted line-by-line from his own forwarder invoices: chassis fees, trucker wait time at $1.67/minute, a 2.5% fee for the broker fronting the duty. That's the authenticity behind the product: every fee in WhatBox ERP is one that actually showed up on a real bill.
Yes — plus the costing Stocky never had. Stocky's purchasing workflow, rebuilt, with true landed cost and a true-up workbench added on top.
Both — you choose at setup.
Every action is append-only and logged: PO actions, receipts, adjustments, true-ups, settings changes — who, when, what. A COGS export to QuickBooks/Xero is on the roadmap.
Never — architecturally. Order reads are field-limited to items, dates, and status. Customer names and addresses are never requested, not just filtered out.
The Amazon module is in development (sales + fee ingestion via SP-API into one unified margin view). Shopify is live today.
That's normal — add it whenever it arrives and inventory trues up automatically. Stock still on the shelf gets restated; stock already sold books as a variance.
The waitlist is the lower-commitment option — no beta, no rough edges, just an email when WhatBox ERP is publicly available. Want to use it now instead? Apply for beta access.
